Hayley Peacock

Education Thought Leader

Hayley Peacock is the founder of Playoneering® and CEO of Hayley Peacock Education, Atelier 21 Future School and Little Barn Owls Early Years Group. For more than 16 years, she has pioneered enquiry-led, Reggio-inspired education across early years and primary practice. Her organisations form a living research ecosystem where ideas are trialled, observed, documented and shared. Hayley has worked with 527 settings and schools across 22 countries, spoken at international education forums and supported multiple Ofsted Outstanding settings. She is known for explaining the “how behind the wow”, turning complex pedagogy into practical change for educators. Her current work explores a pedagogy-first approach to AI in education using technology to amplify children’s voices, strengthen metacognition and support professional judgement, rather than automate teaching. She brings a distinctive practitioner’s perspective rooted in children’s rights, creativity, relationships and evidence-informed innovation globally. Her mission is bold: to change a million children’s lives, to start.
